We met with elise michaux of Seton Hill University to learn more about how she manages Engage as a team of one. Elise shared tips for connecting with campus partners to get the word out as well as her strategies for choosing the Engage features to roll out first as part of a small team. Her advice highlights:

  1. Marketing techniques such as identifying great promotional opportunities, getting the word out about data highlighting the platform's success, and leveraging strong branding
  2. Implementing features that attract campus partners, such as reporting, Administrative Branches and the Event Check-in App
  3. Offering regular training to a variety of campus audiences
  4. Taking advantage of the community of Engage users across the world for new ideas
