For this reason, if you're seeing an incorrect username or password error when you attempt to sign in, please contact your campus IT help desk directly. Your campus manages these credentials and only they have access to your password.

Typically, you can quickly find their contact information if you do an internet search for the name of your school plus "IT help desk" on the end.
